Emporium Pies is a delectable little bakery in a rickety old house in the popular Bishop Arts District in Dallas, Texas. These photos were all shot on my iPhone even though I just received a Canon Rebel for Christmas, I can’t wait to try it out!

I ended up going to Emporium Pies for the first time because a few of my college friends came down from Oklahoma and Arkansas to visit me during my Christmas Break and we wanted something sweet to eat after a long day at the Perot Museum.

The way they operate, is that you can buy a slice of any pie for $6 or buy the whole pie for about $30. They also serve hot coco, coffee, and other delicious treats. I highly recommend getting a slice of either the Smooth Operator or the Lord of the Pies! Just click on either of the pies I suggested and it will take you to their website and tell you all about what goes into them!

Hello again! (Scroll down to read about this product!)

I feel like I haven’t posted in a very loooong time haha. For my 2018 New Year’s Resolution I decided it should be to post more on my blog! If I was being honest, I would have to say this last year has been one of the toughest in my life. That being said, finding time to post on my personal blog between college classes and work became extremely difficult and I definitely lost the motivation to keep at it.

But all this being said, whether you’re a close friend of mine or just some random stranger or even if nobody ends up reading this at all, I have to decided to continue this challenge solely for my own benefit and for no other gain.

So, I hope you all have had a happy New Year and may many blessings come upon you.
